The room was beautifully decorated, but the bed felt too soft and uncomfortable.

The free parking permit provided made it hassle-free to park right outside the property. The rooms feature excellent wet rooms for a refreshing shower experience, and Sharon's homemade cakes on arrival add a lovely personal touch to the stay.
The bed in the King Room felt too soft, resulting in a lumpy sensation that might bother anyone with back issues. it ended up being a struggle for comfortable sleep. The full-length bathroom window, lacking a blind, compromises privacy, especially with its proximity to the shower and toilet, which could be unsettling for some. A small in-room fridge would enhance comfort, especially during warm weather, allowing easy access to chilled drinks.

During our stay, we appreciated the delightful breakfast made with fresh local produce and admired the charming decor of the Victorian house, which was beautifully refurbished while retaining its original charm. As avid city walkers, we found it just a 10-minute stroll to Whitby Beach and a few steps to the picturesque Pannett Park, perfect for leisurely walks.
